Gold Coast Weekend Whale Watching Gold Coast weekend whale watching was superb as today we had the opportunity of meeting a curious yearling before enjoying the company of two enormous and very confident adults. Sunny skies and a calm sea escorted us all the way out to the sighting grounds with a picture perfect day to enjoy.
Whales Gold Coast Whales Gold Coast was spectacular today as during both our morning and afternoon tours we observed extraordinary surface language from juveniles, adults and darling calves. It was a cosy morning with a cloud covered sky and minimal winds creating perfect spotting conditions as we made our way out into the sighting grounds and very quickly met our first Humpback Whale for the morning who was a boisterous juvenile travelling southbound.
Whale Watching from Surfers Paradise  Whale Watching from Surfers Paradise can be enjoyed every June to October as we depart from Cavill Avenue in the heart of Surfers Paradise to meet the Humpback Whales of Queensland. It was a beautiful day as we made our way out into the sighting grounds and were greeted with a glassy sea, swimmer crabs and Green Sea Turtles moving through the lovely conditions.

Today was a fantastic example of just how intelligent our whales are that we have the opportunity of spending time with and the importance of treating them with care and respect.
Language of the Queensland Whales Language of the Queensland whales is important to learn and understand when interacting with the Humpback Whales who migrate along our coastline. A beautiful morning greeted us as we departed Cavill Avenue and enjoyed the lovely sights of the peaceful Nerang River before making our way out into the hustle and bustle of the Broadwater.
Whale Watching from the Southport Broadwater Parklands Whale Watching from the Broadwater Parklands is a fantastic way to take in the sights of the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater before heading out to the Humpback Whale sighting grounds. Today there were multiple pods making a steady journey past Surfers Paradise including a couple of whales heading south.
Gold Coast Family Whale Watching Gold Coast Family Whale Watching today as we welcomed some of our younger Pod Members onboard to meet the Gold Coast Humpback Whales. It was a beautiful morning as a warmer breeze rippled across the seaway as we made our way out into the sighting grounds.
Whale Watching from The Spit Whale Watching from The Spit on the Gold Coast was enjoyed this morning with spectacular breaching, head lunging and tail lobbing from a young male before a competition pod arrived on scene with white water flying. It was a fantastic start to our morning as we departed the Broadwater and enjoyed the cosy cloud covered conditions with much excitement for what Humpback Whales we were going to meet today.
Surfers Paradise Whales Surfers Paradise Whales were spectacular today as a stunningly beautiful double breach just off our bow lit up the morning sky. It was a crisp and clear morning as we enjoyed the many beautiful sights of the Nerang River and Broadwater with many excited for the Gold Coast Marathon this weekend with a buzz of activity in the air as final preparations are put in place.
First Humpback Calf for Season 2023 First Humpback calf Season 2023 was sighted today off the Gold Coast as the precious youngster practiced a few breaches and head lunges enthusiastically. It was a beautiful winters days on the Gold Coast with many Humpback Whales making the steady and purposeful migration towards warmer waters further north.
Queensland Humpback Whales Queensland Humpback Whales are migrating past the Gold Coast in big numbers for Season 2023. It was a fantastic week of whale watching on the Gold Coast with fantastic weather and wonderful  Humpback Whales. Captain Charlie and Captain Jordan did a great job captaining the Whale Watch 1 with plenty of busy whales currently migrating past Surfers Paradise.
Gold Coast Whales Gold Coast Whales were cruising past Surfers Paradise today and enjoying the perfect weather conditions as they made the most of the good travelling weather. Multiple pods were spread and during this time of the migration we observe many escort pods which contain a male and a female.
Toowoomba Whale Watch Toowoomba Whale Watch it was today as we welcomed Pod Members to meet the Humpback Whales off Surfers Paradise as they travelled from Toowoomba to join us for a wonderful day with the whales. A beautiful morning greeted us we departed from Cavill Avenue and enjoyed the peaceful surrounds of the Nerang River before heading out into the activity of the Broadwater as everyone enjoyed a beautiful weekend on the Gold Coast
Surfers Paradise Whale Watching Surfers Paradise Whale Watching was spectacular today as the Humpback Whales enjoyed the sunshine and lit up the sky with over forty incredible breaches. The annual Humpback migration is well underway in the waters off the Gold Coast as thousands of Humpback Whales make their journey past Surfers Paradise and navigate towards the warm waters of the Great Barrier Reef.
Gold Coast Humpback Whale Migration  Gold Coast Humpback Whale migration is an annual event as over 37,000 Humpback Whales complete the extraordinary journey from Antarctica to the Great Barrier Reef and back again every winter and spring. The migration is an epic achievement with the journey taking each whale between four to six months to complete and is a round trip of up to thirteen thousand kilometres.
